107. In the absence of a provision of this act or a by-law applicable to a particular case, the Committee on Discipline shall decide to the exclusion of any court, in first instance:(a) if the act complained of is derogatory to the honour or dignity of the Bar or prejudicial to the discipline of its members;
(b) if the position or office is incompatible with the practice of the profession of advocate;
(c) if the occupation, industry or trade carried on or the position held is incompatible with the honour or dignity of the Bar.
